What the website collects
The sales diagnostic runs in your browser. Your answers are used to show relevant observations and a final perspective, but the website does not currently send those diagnostic answers to Solana IQ or store them in a Solana IQ database.
If you choose to contact us, you may provide your name, company, email address and details of what you are trying to change. The website lets you choose to continue by email or WhatsApp. Nothing is sent merely because you type into the website form: you choose the channel and send the message yourself.
Why we use personal information
When you contact Solana IQ, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, give requested information or advice, discuss a possible engagement, and keep an appropriate business record of the conversation.
Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis will generally be legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating our business, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and performance, such as visits, pages viewed, referral sources and browser or device information. The purpose is to understand how the website performs and improve it, not to build profiles of individual visitors.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies or persistent identifiers. The analytics beacon collects page and performance information and Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use visitors' personal data for Web Analytics or track individual end users across its customers' websites. Who information may be shared with
We may use service providers that help us operate the business and communicate with you, for example website hosting, email and messaging providers. If you choose WhatsApp or email, your information is also handled by the provider of the channel you choose under its own privacy arrangements.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will rely on an applicable adequacy regulation or appropriate transfer safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing a business relationship, meeting legal or accounting obligations and dealing with potential disputes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase information; restrict certain processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and receive or transfer certain information where data portability applies.
